  • DEPOSITS

    Deposits are due upon booking. The deposit equals the first installment payment in full and is non-refundable.

    Currency: Payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • PAYMENT TERMS & INSTALLMENTS

    Payment Options are 1: Pay in full upfront or 2: Pay over 4 monthly installments via credit card.

    Deadline: The full amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the event start date.

    Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to pay in full by the deadline may result in losing your spot to someone on the waitlist.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS

    72-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel up to 72 hours after registration for a full refund minus a $100 CAD cancellation fee.

    No Refunds After 72 Hours: Any cancellation after 72 hours is non-refundable, and all future payments (if on a plan) will still be charged.

  • TRANSFERRING YOUR SPOT

    Eligibility: After the 72-hour registration window, you may sell your spot to another person.

    Responsibility: Transactions must be handled directly between you and the recipient.

    Please notify info@avafitness.ca with details about the transfer recipient.

    Disclaimer: The organizers are not responsible for managing or facilitating spot transfers.

  • IMPORTANT NOTES

    Please make sure you check the entry requirements for Canada & ensure you meet them before booking a spot at one of our retreats. If you are prevented from entering the country or if your flight is cancelled missed for any reason, we cannot provide a refund. We highly recommend arriving 1 day before the event starts in case your flight is delayed.
